We proud to represent Together Housing who are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Works Planners. This is an excellent opportunity to gain customer service and business administration experience and put your time management skills to great use. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals, while gaining a recognised qualification.

Using our electronic planning system, you will learn the skill of scheduling repairs and maintenance appointments to ensure maximum efficiency. This will include pre-arranged and urgent appointments and requires communication with trades colleagues to meet the needs of our residents in their homes.

You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship by experienced colleagues alongside your college studies. The role offers the potential for future career advancement and the opportunity to gain additional qualifications and specialised training.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Scheduling appointments, including rescheduling and amending appointments at customers’ requests
- Providing statistical reporting relating to scheduled appointments
- Following instructions and guidelines provided by experienced coleagues to complete assigned tasks
- Communicating with trades team members to ensure repairs works are completed right first time
- Studying towards a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship at a college local to you.

**Qualifications Required**

GCSE in Maths and English as Grade 4/C essential

**Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship**

Intermediate Apprenticeship
