This is an exciting time for an experienced Design Assistant, to join our busy and rapidly growing team.

Our brand-new kitchen studio in the heart of Reading, has been designed to be an inspiring place for both our clients and our team.

You will help to design luxury spaces, to exacting standards for both private homes and developments, and you will be involved in the entire process.

We have created a workspace with wellbeing and creativity at the heart. We want our team to love where they work and feel inspired to created spaces beyond anything our clients would have imagined. All departments work collaboratively together, to make sureno stone is left unturned when working on our client's projects, in a fun and supportive environment.

This role would suit someone who has exceptional attention to detail, loves working in a fast-paced environment and is used to working on multiple projects at once. Ideally you will have used Winner to design, but full training can be given. Experience withquoting and ordering is also a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the designers by preparing designs, plans, elevations, quotes and amends
- Follow up on inbound leads from website, qualify and book appointments for designers
- Meet and greet walk-in clients, make refreshments, and tour the showroom with them. Complete lead forms / input data into our CRM and book appointments for designers
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our design package Winner, furniture and appliance products, services and USP's for retail clients and developers
- Lead Generation: Weekly call outs to Developers with live projects in the local area: introduce Et Lorem and book appointments to meet the team at the showroom.
- Sit in on design consultations and presentations shadowing design team
- Liaising with suppliers
- Process orders
- Reporting
