As the **Administration Assistant**, your commitment to a high and consistent support standard is always required. The knowledge, experience and skills of the Administration Assistant will be essential components in assisting the Executive Assistant in preparing for high-level meetings and supporting the Executive and Senior Leader Groups in a timely and smooth manner.
You will be a good team player and valued member of the team, based in the Salisbury Head Office and will be pro-actively supported to contribute to the continued improvement of the business whilst working within quality-managed guidelines to achieve both team and business objectives. You will be a role model within the office and a champion of our social enterprise and environmental ethos, creating appropriate and effective relationships with those that you support.
This position requires the ability to be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, efficient, calm and resilient in your approach. Your experience will be called on when dealing with all parties and, where appropriate, you may be required to challenge and provide insight and guidance. You should be a pro-active and enthusiastic individual who is able to anticipate the needs of the team and thinks creatively to ensure the smooth running of the team. Experience of Microsoft Office (essential) and ideally SharePoint (desirable) needed.
As the Administration Assistant you must be able to demonstrate absolute confidentiality and show the necessary understanding when dealing with sensitive information.
**Responsibilities**
- Taking Minutes in meetings
- Dealing with correspondence and queries, providing business updates and sharing information where relevant
- Assisting the Executive and Senior Leadership Groups
- Supporting the Executive Assistant across various projects and initiatives
- Ensuring meetings are booked in advance and any clashes are rectified in a timely manor
