An exciting vacancy is available as an Estates Administrator in the Estates department at Cardiff and the Vale College. This post will be based at across sites.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Liaise accordingly with tenants and prepare all information for submission to the same on a timely basis in accordance with current RICS Guidance for Service Charges.
- Liaise directly with operational estates team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.
- Act as a point of contact for tenants’ requests and queries in relation to their satisfactory occupation throughout the tenure periods.
- Respond to any queries and challenges in connection with service charges and prepare detailed schedules as required for agreement and submission.
- Liaise effectively with outside organisations when required such as local authorities, private partners and government bodies.
- Deal with people issues in a positive manner and ensure client/customer satisfaction.
- Liaison with contractors, consultants and faculty/departments with regard to capital development and estate functions including catering and cleaning services.
- Act as a central point of contact for capital projects and other capital development functions, resolving queries or referring to the Director of Estates or other as appropriate.
- Preparation and word processing of correspondence, reports, agendas and minutes and circulation of same.
- Attendance at meetings to take minutes
- Prepare documents, reports and feedback to the Quality Department with regard to performance standards, benchmarks and KPIs in connection with capital development, property issues and cleaning and catering.
- Welsh language skills are not essential but would be desirable for this role.
