**Location**:Cardiff Gate Business Park CF23, although we offer some flexibility with working remotely at home. Occasional travel may be required to clients based in the South Wales area, so own transport would be preferred.

**Hours**: To be agreed - hours will be within standard office hours Monday to Friday.

**Job Outline**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join an award winning firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors in North Cardiff within the team that undertakes probate and estate administration and associated tax advisory work within the South Wales area.

You will be working within a small team, and there may be a requirement from time to time to assist the wider team at Watts Gregory with other similar business activities, so we ask that you have a positive attitude to becoming involved in other areas of the business.

**Main duties**:

- Monitoring and assisting with HMRC Trust Registration requirements and collation of required data
- Engaging with other professionals to whom we provide ad hoc taxation advice for estates and trusts, to obtain information
- Supporting work procedures undertaken to comply with ICAEW regulations for probate work
- Providing support with case file procedures

**Other duties may also include**:

- Ad hoc assistance with internal administrative matters of the firm and establishment of procedures
- Ad hoc assistance with projects, for example advisory reports or seminar arrangements from time to time

**IT capability required**:
Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and Word, and experience of PDF building software and database management desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
