**We have a new opportunity for an administrator to join us on a permanent basis This is a part time role, working 15 hours per week over Saturdays and Sundays.**

This role will provide full administrative support to the community teams at Arthur Rank Hospice (Specialist Palliative Care Home Team, Hospice at Home and the Palliative Hub). It will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, consulting with patients, families, carers, and health care professionals in a sensitive and professional manner. ensuring information is passed on to all concerned, and data is kept up to date.

Main duties will include:

- Calendar management.
- Receive enquiries to the service and respond / refer as required
- Book patient appointments, liaising with the patients and their families, ensuring appointment ledgers are up to date
- Add and manage tasks and referrals on the electronic system, SystmOne
- General administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

We are looking for someone who is confident communicator and can deal sensitively and empathetically with patients and families at all times.
