**Software Support Administrator**

Job Brief

You will be working as part of our Agile Software Development Team, actively engaging in service desk support issues for our flagship, market-leading, property management SaaS solution, RiskWise. In addition, you will also be responsible for providing equivalent support services across the business for our internal management system, SIMS.

Your role will also involve supporting our wider Software Development Team, through administrative support, User Acceptance Testing, and participation in Agile Reviews and Retrospectives, providing you with the opportunity to embark upon a rewarding career within a successful Software Development Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Escalating queries to the appropriate Account Manager
- General system administration, including data integrity checks and maintaining quality systems
- Contributing to new system builds, working closely with our Transition / Mobilisation team
- Client system maintenance and administration
- Maintaining system support materials

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- A desire to learn, with a strong work ethic
- A customer-focused attitude
- Experience with general computer software including Microsoft office.
- Equivalent helpdesk experience
