We are looking for an imaginative and creative practitioner who shares an enthusiasm for delivering play-based, memorable, and educational outdoor experiences for children, no matter the weather In fact, getting muddy is part of the job
- Contribute as part of a team to the provision of a quality early learning and childcare service for children aged 2-5 years and their families.
- Work to the principles of the Health and Social Care Standards for early education and childcare and abide by the Codes of Practice for Social Service Workers.
- Promote and develop positive working relationships with parents, children and team members. Ensuring communication is clear and concise.
- Keep up to date with latest practice, adhering to policies, procedures and relevant local and national legislation.
- To be reliable, hardworking, honest, with a good sense of humour ensuring a delivery of high quality of care and learning.
- To be confident using digital technology to ensure all relevant information is uploaded, monitored and evaluated.

What’s required:
HNC Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 7, SVQ3 Social Services (Children and Young People) SCQF Level 7 or any other qualification that meets the requirements for registration with SSSC at Practitioner Level.

Preferred minimum 3 years’ experience of working in an early years setting or equivalent.

Organisation: Heads of Ayr Nursery.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week
