Provide regular reports on facilities activities to the CIGC Management Group, providing advice and taking action as required

Responsible for shared/multi-partner procedures and processes, and that individual GPW Partner procedures meet a minimum standard; ensuring safe and smooth facility operations

Ensure that there are appropriate systems in place for planned and preventative maintenance and that risk assessments are carried out in accordance with health and safety guidance

Develop and sustain a robust communication process for facility-related updates to all GPW Partners occupying the building, and ensure alignment to GPW Partner and programme-wide processes with a clear information flow

Be an interface with C&V Estates to create and oversee necessary processes and responsibilities, responding to estates and operational circumstances such as system failures.
