Fit With Me is seeking an engaging, diligent and flexible Part Time Barista and Cafe host to take on an exciting role within our new healthy café based at Lord’s Cricket Ground.

The role:
The main objective of this role is to deliver the best coffee in St John’s Wood while ensuring every single customer has an outstanding experience. You will share our passion for crafting exceptional coffee experiences and be an advocate for our evolving food and beverage operation (including preparation of barista coffee, smoothies, juices and light food preparation).You will be responsible for the presentation and initial welcome into the café, providing a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and memorable front-of-house service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing a variety of espresso-based beverages and producing basic latte art.
- Understanding and adhering to coffee brewing recipes and consistently providing quality coffee.
- High attention to detail in order to follow operational procedures such as opening and closing procedures, effectively and precisely.
- Greeting customers warmly and building rapport with them.
- Having a good knowledge of our products and answering customer questions about the menu and all food and drink offerings with enthusiasm.
- Handling payments and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Working effectively on your own and as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient café operations.

Your characteristics and requirements:

- Minimum 1 years barista experience.
- Ability to dial in coffee and produce basic latte art
- Have a customer-centric mindset
- Be detailed-oriented, with a focus on consistency and exceeding expectations
- Passionate about coffee and committed to the challenge of creating the best coffee in the area
- Follow food and health & safety standards/regulations, including personal hygiene and uniform
- Be able to work flexibly across the week, including some weekends & evenings

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:
(6:30am-4:30pm Monday)

(6:30am-4:30pm Tuesday)
- Evening availability
- Weekend availability

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 18 years old as we serve Alcohol **(required)**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
