At Mawi Café, we are dedicated to providing the city with exceptional coffee that people love to drink. We take pride in offering healthy food alternatives and independent health food options. Our counter is filled with an abundance of fresh produce, including delicious sandwiches, salads, and freshly baked goods.

As a Barista at Mawi Café, your responsibilities will include:

- Grinding and brewing coffee to perfection
- Showcasing your coffee art skills
- Utilizing your 2+ years of café barista experience
- Opening and closing the café as needed
- Sharing your expert knowledge of coffee with and training colleagues
- Consistently crafting well-presented and delicious beverages
- Taking orders and processing payments at the front of the house
- Engaging with both new and loyal customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Conducting stock checks in the coffee bar and reporting to the manager
- Following operational policies and procedures
- Demonstrating punctuality and regular attendance
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment

**Pay and Hours**:
Part-Time Baristas: 8-20 hours per week

Full-Time Baristas: 30-45

**Opening Hours**:
Monday to Saturday: 6:30 am - 7:30 pm

Sunday: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
