The main purpose of this job is to assist the team day-to-day high-intensity works and to push forward the different projects

**Fluent speaking and writing in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.**

**Key tasks/responsibilities includes but not limited to**:

- Liaise with students to provide education consulting services and appropriate product recommendations for each student
- Provide accurate independent school information, assessment details, entry requirements and registration process to all enquiries
- Design bespoke educational plans according to students’ academic performance, personalities and requirements
- Liaise with Tutoring Coordinator regarding tutors’ availability and assign suitable tutors to students
- Monitor students' academic progress, translate the school reports and provide professional advice according to school entrance requirement
- Manage and assign host families and transports to students during holidays
- Liaise with schools on students’ guardianship matters
- Inspect and develop host families on a regular basis
- Manage student and host family databases
- Support student preparation for the entry assessments and interviews
- Support student visa, accommodation and travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain close client relationships
- Assist marketing campaigns to promote our business and services
- Additional support for the other team members if needed
- Daily administrative works
- Assist research and travel on other company projects

**Requirements**:

- Able to legally work in the UK
- **London based is preferred**:

- Language skills: Fluent speaking and writing in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
- Good level of knowledge about British and Chinese education systems (Primary, Secondary and Higher Education)
- Strong learning and understanding skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Competent for office based work, business trips and work from home.
- Strong team spirit and IT skills (including online platforms)
- Work experience in education industry **at least 1 year (**Education Consulting, Guardianship, Tutoring are preferred)
- DBS/CRB Certificate is a must, Driving License is preferred
- UK Bachelor’s degree or above
- Reference letter is required

**Salary & Benefits**:

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
