**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese student recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance collaboration and facilitate successful student placements.
- Advise on international students' visa procedures.
- Meet the required number of student admissions.
- Meet student satisfaction ratings.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in UK Higher Education admissions, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations, providing accurate and up-to-date information to students, parents, and educational partners.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and student demographics to identify opportunities for business growth and to enhance our services in the Chinese market.
- Collaborate with the company's leadership team to develop and implement strategies to expand our reach and maximise the potential of the Chinese market.
- Complete accurate administrative and KPI tasks for the role.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Act as an education consultant to multiple students.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students over sustained periods.
- Create personal marketing strategies to engage clients.
- Engage clients with software such as WeChat and Weibo.
- Complete accurate administrative tasks for the role.

**Education, Qualifications and Language**:

- A bachelor's degree or above.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK education system, including understanding the admissions process for UK Universities from undergraduate to PhD, curriculum frameworks, and rankings.
- Familiarity with the Chinese education system and culture, with a deep understanding of the expectations and requirements of Chinese students and their families.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Extensive network and connections within the Chinese education community and experience working with Chinese student recruitment agencies are highly beneficial.

**Salary**:

- Base salary: starting from £23,000
- Commission on each deal monthly and end of year bonus adhere to KPI - potential yearly gross income of £35,000 - £55,000 +
- Annual salary and bonus review

Pay: £23,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
