**Sales Operation Assistant**
An opportunity to join a rapidly growing fresh food and premium wholesaler who distribute to restaurants, hotels, bars, cafes and other businesses. These guys supply yummy goods to premium locations across London - from fresh juices, Oatly milk, Pip & Nutpeanut butter to Ortiz prosciutto, these guys have it They work with the likes of The Breakfast Club and Brickwood Cafes.
Working as part of a team through managing incoming phone calls, customer queries and assisting the sales team with day to day operations. Executing a high level of customer service through responding to enquiries and customer complaints in a timely andprofessional manner. Communicating effectively with other departments and accurately inputting and maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics Nav operating system.

**Responsibilities and Objectives**:
- Fully resolve all customer issues, ensuring effective communication with customers and the rest of the business in dealing with collection, returns or recalls
- Communicating to Stock department any significant increases on customers regular usages which could affect stock levels
- Assist with updating spreadsheets and improving day to day processes
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of products to increase sales growth of existing accounts
- Work cross functionally with other departments
**Sales Order Administrator Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential**:
- Prior customer service experience preferable
- Confident and articulate communication skills
- Competent IT user with excellent keyboard skills, specifically Excel
- Detail oriented, accurate data entry ability
- Personable approach with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and be a strong multi-tasker
