**The Upex Group** is seeking a skilled and experienced **Grounds Maintenance Supervisor **to oversee our groundskeeping team. As a **Grounds Maintenance Supervisor,** you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our grounds and landscaping.

**Location**: Addlestone

**Salary**:Up to£14.42 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of groundskeepers and ensure they perform their tasks effectively and efficiently
- Create schedules and work plans for groundskeepers
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Manage budgets and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds and identify areas that require attention
- Develop and implement landscaping plans to enhance the overall appearance of the grounds
- Respond to requests from management and other departments on time
- Ensure that safety procedures are followed by all team members

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control methods
- PA1 and PA6 - Required
- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of Grounds maintenance equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- 3 years experience in a team leader/supervisor capacity
- Full UK driving licence - Required
