1st Line Support Technician/ Install Engineer

As 1st line support technician/ install engineer, you will also be required to liaise either face to face or over the phone with customers for new phone system setups and will be responsible for the install, configuration, and delivery of end user phone systems.
- Be highly IT literate, including knowledge of IP based telephone systems and both Linux and Windows OS
- Be experienced in technical support
- Have strong communication skills in a customer facing position, with a professional manner both over the phone and in writing
- Be self-motivated and a team player, capable of adapting to work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team
- Have a flexible approach to work, including the ability to be flexible with their working schedule and location
- Possess a full UK driving license due to travel requirements
- Have drive and passion to pursue a career in the IT sector
