My client is currently looking for an experienced 1st line support engineer to hit the floor running. The successful 1st Line support engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day 1st line support of a range of bespoke Applications and Windows-based systems, supporting both internal and external customers.
Working in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for driving performance improvements and efficiencies against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and in line with Company processes and procedures.
To Be considered for the role of 1st Line support, you will
Be an experience 1st Line support engineer
Have proven experience in Managing high priority IT business related Issues and communicating to the business as well as IT Teams on these types of issues,
hold ITIL foundation (ideally v3) as a minimum
MCP certification would be beneficial, but is not essential
