**About the role**:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the warehouse activity, including related logístical processes (Inbounds/ Outbounds, preparation of stock to the 3rd party locations/ our US location and Amazon sellers hub), ensuring the quality of goods, stock levels, accuracy of the information, preparing relevant documentation and keeping up to date with inventory counts and shipments tracking. The warehouse coordinator will also be involved in maintaining warehouse health & safety, security and cleanliness.

Reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the person who undertakes this role will be expected to maintain warehouse stock count records on a weekly basis and ensure the stock housing is kept tidy and in good condition, ensuring stock is rotated when required. For this role we have a salary banding of £22,000 to £25,000.

**What you can expect to be doing in the role**:

- Track shipments in transit and maintain shipment documentation records prior to delivery and once goods have been received.
- Review the timeliness of scheduled deliveries and stock transfers.
- Involvement in stock-taking preparations and during stock-take days if required.
- Track inventory levels and flag discrepancies to the line manager.
- Conduct weekly stock counts for bulk stock to ensure levels are accurate. Liaising with Medexpress stock controller, supply chain coordinator, Dermatica lead dispenser, and compounding lab supervisor to maintain replenishment requirements.
- Organisation of stock in the warehouse and make sure the space is optimised.
- Take ownership of stock transfers inside and outside the Warehouse and/or between the different warehouses.
- Maintain & manage logistics service provider relationships.
- Order new warehouse supplies in a timely manner.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve key issues and seek continued efficiency improvements at the warehouse.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Having business acumen and an eye for detail
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Forklift Operation Certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of creating and formatting spreadsheets required
- Basic knowledge of H&S in a warehouse environment required
- Key holder experience preferred
- High level of data literacy and comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets etc.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
