**Position**:Cash Application Administrator
**Location**: Houghton Regis
**Job type**: Permanent

**The impact you will have**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Carry out cashiering duties in line with Company process
- Ensuring customer enquiries are responded to quickly and efficiently
- Processing of incoming cheques ready for banking
- Act as support for month end reporting and produce PowerPoint packs when requested
- Ensure controls are implemented and maintained
- Support the Data Compliance Team with complex bill to/payer enquiries
- Raise customer refunds
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Daily cash posting reports
- Input of internal and external manual payments and payment runs
- Raising of intercompany recharge invoices

**Quality System Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**:

- Cashiering experience
- Customer service experience
- Good numerical skills
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Ability to follow process and policy
- SAP - Essential
- IT: Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint

**Personal Qualities**:

- Ability to communicate with customers and staff at all levels of the organisation
- Effective team player
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude displaying behaviours in line with our company core values
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
