**Working in a demanding but rewarding environment our Patient Pathway Supervisor ensures that we provide the best service to our patients.**

**You will need to be passionate about patient care and customer service. This role will support and provide day to day line management of staff.**

**You will support patients with booking appointments. Ensuring all clinic outcomes are recorded in an efficient and timely manner, notifying G.P.s and/or other referrers into the service of patient D.N.A.s (did not attends). To retrieve and prepare clinic letters, ensuring relevant patient documentation is available for some outpatient clinics.**

**You should possess previous experience working in a customer facing environment preferably within the NHS, possess basic keyboard skills, good organisational and excellent communication skills.
