Responsible for ensuring the success of SEO activity for the group companies and drive ROI from organic search strategy and tactics. This is a senior SEO role with a focus on content and technical ability. As a senior SEO executive, you will work with thegroup SEO manager to plan and carry out activities for multiple group sites operating in the UK and internationally.

**Day-to-Day**
- Oversee both on-page and off-page SEO for group sites.
- Perform data-driven analysis to determine next steps to improve results.
- Develop strategies with clear and measurable objectives.
- Complete technical audits to improve architecture for SEO purposes.
- Write content to increase the team's output.
- Ensure content has a clear purpose, matches brand voice, and is written to SEO best practices.
- Publish content and report on performance against agreed performance metrics.
- Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure best practices and other business requirements are met.
- Create reports to summarise performance metrics and other key analytics.
- Stay up to date on optimisation factors and key algorithm updates to ensure best practice.

**What you bring to the team**
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment working on various projects.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO best practices and on-site content analysis.
- Experience of planning content strategy for SEO.
- An eye for detail and ability to work to a brand narrative.
- You're a self-motivator, you love coming up with new and innovative ideas.
