DD, is a full-service supplier of dental supplies, equipment and business services in the UK. We currently supply over 12,000 UK practices and 6,000 medical beauty clinics and are rapidly expanding. We are the only company to offer an extensive range of specialist products, equipment and support services across both the dental & beauty markets in the UK and ROI.

Our teams are based at our central office in Witham Essex, Blackpool, Crumlin Ireland, and Stirling Scotland.

We are currently looking for our next **Equipment Consultant, **responsible for the **Northwest and North Wales** to join our team at our Head Office in Witham, Essex.

**About the role**:
Responsible for selling dental equipment and related services. Key performance elements include sales volume, territory management, development and growth, accounts receivables, high quality-efficient installations and customer satisfaction.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Sales of capital dental equipment and associated services to prospective customers ensuring a unique and superior customer experience.
- Achieve Monthly/Quarterly sales goals and targets as set by Equipment Sales Manager;
- All activities to be recorded on the company CRM
- Consulting with clients ensuring that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs; Ensuring all information is collated and distributed to the relevant departments
- Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
- Weekly Pipeline and Forecast to provided to review changes in the market or with assistance with marketing resources.
- Project manage and oversee the installation of customers’ surgeries as and when necessary;
- Providing pre & post-sales technical assistance, product education and training;
- Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required;
- Analysing costs and sales in conjunction with the Equipment Sales Manager
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product or service meets client needs;
- Working alongside Business Consultants to develop and grow territory, promoting and supporting our complete offer;
- Participates in special projects and perform other duties as required.

- Sound judgement and good business sense;

- Strong organisational skills;
- Ability to work well within a team;
- The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Resilience and tenacity;
- Willingness and desire to attend training.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably from the dental industry, but not essential;
- A solid technical background;
- CAD Drawing skills preferred, but not essential - Training can be provided

**Qualifications Required**:

- 5 GCSE’s including maths and English (or equivalent)
