This new role will provide admin support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Haulage Storage and Distribution department. This role compasses a variety of administrative tasks, requiring strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general admin support to the HSD team.

*Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.

*Preparing and sending out quotations

*Updating sales and purchase orders

*Maintaining records in SAP

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Confident telephone manner, IT skills, Organised, Attention to detail, Punctual and reliable

Self motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,040.00 per year
