The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating both internal and external recruitment as guided by the HR Manager
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions, qualifications, and content for advertisements.
- Publishing job vacancies on various job boards, media platforms, and social media channels.
- Arranging interview schedules.
- Conducting initial telephone interviews for operational recruitment campaigns.
- Extending employment offers and organising necessary paperwork.
- Delivering the company's initial induction program to large groups of new hires.
- Compiling recruitment reports for the HR Department.
- Taking part in recruitment events
- Managing a variety of administrative tasks with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Assisting in identifying recruitment-related challenges and implementing enhancements to the recruitment process on an ongoing basis.
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Recruitment Coordinator will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- High proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and prominent job platforms such as Indeed, TotalJobs, and Social Media
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and legislation
