We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sauce team, where our much loved Patak's sauce products are packed, ready for dispatch. This role is Monday to Friday on an alternating 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm shift pattern. The annual salary for this role is £25,372.26 and is a fixed term contract for 3 months.

**What's the role about?**

Reporting to the Team Leaders, the Multi Skilled Operator is primarily based within the packing end of production. They are responsible for running various pieces of packing machinery and processing the finished goods, ready for dispatch.

All tasks must be completed in a manner to achieve the safe, hygienic, efficient and best-cost manufacture of all designated products to the required quality, specification and quantity.

- Demonstrate flexibility in line with Business Requirements
- Be a strong team player with the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as being able to work independently
- Organised, conscientious and be confident in their ability to operate machinery
- Awareness of basic food hygiene (trained in-house)
- Awareness and understanding of all CCP’s for the line
- Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety
- High level of numeracy and literacy as well as working accurately in completing paperwork and in calculations.
- Good Communication skills - working collaboratively with operatives and the Technicians and Team Leader
