**What's the role about?**

Predominately working a rotating 6-2/2-10 shift, the Cover Team must be flexible in covering various equipment and shifts.

The Cover Team will rotate within the area to ensure the safe, hygienic, efficient and best-cost manufacture of all designated products to the required quality, specification and quantity.

When not providing cover, the Cover Team will ensure the production areas are well stocked with ingredients/packaging and the GMP of the area is satisfactory.

The Cover Team will also be responsible for providing details of mechanical problems affecting performance and taking action to rectify issues as well as providing effective and ongoing communication within the Team, supervising and organising the team of Multi Skilled Operators effectively.

**How will you stand out?**
- Flexibility in line with Business Requirements, changing shifts when required.
- Organised, conscientious and be confident in your ability to operate machinery
- Awareness and understanding of all CCP’s for the line
- High level of numeracy and literacy as well as working accurately in completing paperwork and in calculations.
- Good Communication skills - working collaboratively with Operatives and the Team Leader
