What's the role about?:
**Retail Sales Trainer**

**Are you the go-to tech person in your circle or family?**

**Does building a rapport with new people come naturally to you?**

**Looking for a role where each day is quite different - location, people, etc.?**

REL Field Marketing are looking for engaging tech demonstrators for Honor mobile phones.

**Full Time, Permanent**

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + company car

**Working**:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**Territory**: Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas

**You will**:

- Be confident to deliver engaging product demonstration and training to in-store retail staff
- Naturally educate retail teams on the Honor brand and create brand ambassadors in store
- Drive sales and brand knowledge to both staff and customers
- Ensure industry leading availability and visibility of Honor products
- Create a social media sharing culture of events to build brand awareness and loyalty for the Honor brand

**You will need**:

- A full manual driving licence for at least 12 months
- Have prior experience working with and/or representing mobile phone brands
- Be willing to create and engage a social media interest in events and sales days
- Be results driven and proactive
- Have strong influential and communication skills
- Manage own time and relationships to deliver against KPIs
