BAM FM is recruiting a Systems Trainer. The Systems Trainer will report to the Business Systems Programme Manager and work closely with the CAFM Manager. The position will involve a mixture of working from home and working out of any UK regional office. BAM operates a flexible working policy.

**Your mission**

The Systems Trainer will support the business in creating and delivering content for our Business Development teams.

Principle Accountabilities:

- Responsible for the development and delivery of training resources related to FM systems including but not limited to CAFM, Leisure and Catering Systems.
- Provision of Systems related information and demonstrations which support the business development team in the successful tender for new work.

- Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues.
- Ability to organise and plan own work including preparation for training sessions.
- Experienced in the delivery of systems demonstrations (in person or remotely).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communication.
- Demonstration of the ability to work under sustained pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to understand and work to the BAM values.
