**£13.33 per hour £26,000 per annum**

**Temporary with the possibility of a permanent role**

**Monday to Friday working 7.5 hours per shift between the hours 8am - 7pm**

You will be working for an established company based in Hemel Hempstead who support other businesses with their maintenance issues. You will work to strict SLAs to ensure the customers time frames are met for scheduled, reactive and planned work on their buildings.

The primary responsibilities as pre planned maintenance administrator, is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Contract Manger and Maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the service.

We are searching for an administrator with proven experience of office administration work, preferably in a Facilities Management, as the role will require to perform a range of administrative duties such as running reports, assigning maintenance, chasing invoices, booking visits and chasing service sheets

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel Spreadsheet and technical knowledge of property assets and their requirements is essential for this role.

PPM administrator will be responsible for recording and maintaining accurate and effective information in the Estates databases/IT systems and will assist in producing reports and analysis to support FM team.
- Organised, logical with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experience of reporting and dealing with large amounts of data
- Attention to detail, quality driven approach
- Work on own initiative and manage own time
- Working individually or part of a wider team
- Ability to deal with a pressure and to tight deadlines
- Understanding of hard and soft facilities management and knowledge of property assets and their maintenance requirements
