Nayax UK is growing and we are looking for a seasoned, experienced Sales Director which will be responsible for achieving company sales objectives to proactively support Nayax's growth, specifically in the Retail and Forecourt division.

**IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL**:

- Develop and execute targeted strategies for Retail and Forecourt markets in the UK, setting clear targets and prioritizing growth opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
- Cultivate relationships with forecourt operators and stakeholders, aligning payment solutions with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and other cross company functions to create compelling campaigns showcasing our solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

**Requirements**:
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH**:

- Extensive sales experience in the retail, fueling and forecourts industry, with a focus on payment solutions or technology.
- 5+ years of experience in managing direct and non direct (distributing channels)
- 5+ years of B2B experience selling hardware + software solutions to channels and retailers
- Strong understanding of payment technologies, including point-of-sale systems, mobile payments, and contactless payments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in the Retail and/or Forecourt payment industry
- Experience with ISO
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
