Interim Head of FP&A and Reporting | Buy & Build | M&A | SAAS

London Office - 3 days per week

£700 per day (inside scope of IR35)

STOIX is partnering exclusively with an industry-leading, acquisitive, international SaaS business based in London. We are looking to identify a high-calibre and ambitious Interim Head of Finance to oversee Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis with provenexperience working in a fast-paced business.

As the right hand to a charismatic Group CFO you will lead the finance function whilst being commercially astute and 'handson' in delivering key financial performance analysis and partnering the C-Suite and Senior Leadership.

You will be responsible for:

- Overall control of and responsibility for the budget and re-forecasting process.
- Be a sparring partner for all internal stakeholders including C-Level, Senior Executives and Non-Executives within the Group to deliver ambitious growth targets.
- Be the owner of the financial performance review process, lead and control the forecast and budget activities, deliver insightful business performance analyses and recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Full ownership of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for the Group).
- Be the wingman for CFO with strategic projects related to M&A and growth initiatives.
- Lead Finance Team (FP&A, Compliance & Controlling) to robust finance processes in the aforementioned areas.
- Be the champion and change leader for ensuring that the financial systems are compliant and supportive to current and future business initiatives.
- Ensure financial compliance with internal controls and external requirements, on the Group (IFRS) and local GAAP level.
- Lead and coach the team members, ensure talent is proactively managed within the organisation.
- ACA/CA (or overseas equivalent) qualified with relevant post-qualified experience
- An Audit / Transaction Services background from Big 4 or Top 10 firm is highly desirable
- Experience in a senior finance role with leadership and strategic direction with strong focus on FP&A and Financial Reporting/Technical accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/GAAP
- Hands-on and 'cando’ attitude is of paramount importance.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, experienced management of medium teams across multiple countries.
- Ability to build effective relationships with different stakeholders across the Group as well as with external partners (affiliates, auditors, local fiscal authorities).
