**A typical day in this varied Sales Support Administrator role will involve**:
- Supporting the Key Account Managers and wider sales team with essential administrative tasks
- Helping keep customers up to date with the progress of their orders
- Monitoring the main inbox for questions about / any issues with online orders
- Informing customers of any stock issues
- Providing images and content to online / eCommerce customers
- Filling out paperwork e.g. new line forms etc for the sales team
- Attending tradeshows when resumed / required
- General administration
**You will have/be for this role of Sales Support Administrator**:
- Previous administration experience
- Ideally experience of working within a wholesale, retail head office, or retail shop floor environment would be ideal
- A can-do attitude
- Impeccable organisation and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner, good vocabulary, and literacy skills
- Ability to act on initiative & solve problems quickly and calmly
- A genuine interest in the retail industry
- Confidence in using MS Office
- Sociable with a good sense of humour and always willing to go the extra mile
