A luxury boutique têxtile brand is looking for a Sales Support Administrator, who is going to be responsible for assisting the sales team in providing excellent customer service to their clients across the UK and Internationally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with order processing.
- Tracking client orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Updating internal sales systems with product information.
- Updating sales order pipelines.
- Opening new client accounts.
- Placing fabric reserves and following up with clients.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Customer Service:
- Answering phone enquiries in a professional manner.
- Providing excellent communication to clients regarding orders and lead times, including any delays.
- Understanding client lead times and prioritising accordingly.
- Showroom cover may be required from time to time
Key Requirements:
- A highly efficient, capable, and adaptable administrator.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent digital skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- The ability to multitask and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Knowledge and keen interest in luxury interior têxtiles.
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships.
