**The Role**
This is an exciting role for a Channel Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships Function where you will be working with key sectors of insurance, banking and accountancy that have been identified with high growth potential.
Our new Channel Partnership Manager will generate new partnership referral opportunities and grow existing “high growth potential” partnerships. We aim to help HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety leadership teams to become more effective, whilst disruptingthe traditional model.
We are looking for someone who brings energy, commercial awareness and relationship development skills. You deliver substance with style, against all odds, and with remarkable resilience, gliding from strategy to the finer detail with ease. Diplomacy is secondnature, as are acute listening skills. You're a curious and confident mind. A highly developed strategic thinker; with outstanding relationship capabilities and a solid track record of engagement, relationship building and negotiations at executive and seniorlevels.
You will be used to selling or providing any combination of professional services, SaaS technology and/or training services to senior HR executives with a proven track record in strategic account management.
You will bring your experience in partner management, partnering strategy, and deal development to forge impactful relationships with membership and referral partners. You are a collaborative, commercially-minded individual skilled in managing complex businessrelationships.
**About You**
You’re experienced in building new commercially strong partner channels to market, that are technology enabled and scalable.
You demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for success, excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, time management and organisational skills, alongside a solution mindset.
Inquisitive and determined to understand what makes our clients tick, so you can outperform expectation.
A highly effective influencer who can drive outcomes through other teams.
Ideally, you are a proven retention and growth professional in a B2B or channel sales environment.
You're powerful in partnership. A highly experienced and successful senior leader, with over 5 years' experience building strong commercial relationships that last.
Successful track record in selling and growing professional services, SaaS technology and/or training services to C-suite (notably HR and Managing Directors) in corporate markets.
Broad commercial awareness and experience
You have a demonstrable background of opening new opportunities through existing portfolios
Proven use of sales methodology and sales process, including CRM (ideally Salesforce)
**The Package**
