**Description**

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with managing orders / production levels using Google Sheets
- Assist with issuance of invoices / delivery notes via the Xero accounting system
- Assist with HR tasks, such as employee files and tracking holidays / absence
- Assist with stock-control and ordering of supplies
- Assist with handling customer enquiries
- Assist with day-to-day administration tasks
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
- Assist with data entry and filing

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Xero accounting and Google Drive
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bonus: experience in HR

**Salary**
- £24,000 per year, pro-rata (full time = 40 hrs per week)
