**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing and maintaining office filing systems, both physical and digital
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for solicitors
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports as directed
- Assisting with client communications and inquiries
- Managing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers
- Supporting billing and invoicing processes
- Assisting with file management, data entry, and record keeping
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- General administrative tasks as required
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (experience in a law firm is a plus)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
