Administration Assistant

*Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Answer phone calls
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in organising company events or meetings Handle queries from managers and employees
*Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
