**Junior Customer Service Executive**

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Executive to join our direct marketing team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing support for products and services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to ensure customer feedback is used to enhance future campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start their career in customer service and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with processing orders, returns, exchanges, and other customer requests, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating when necessary to senior staff.
- Track customer feedback and communicate insights to the marketing team to improve products, services, and customer experiences.
- Support the implementation of direct marketing campaigns by answering questions and providing customers with details on current promotions, new products, and special offers.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately and any follow-up actions are taken.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by offering proactive solutions and continuous support.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and work with the team to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including handling customer complaints, managing customer data, and preparing reports.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to resolve customer issues in a calm and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Basic understanding of direct marketing campaigns and how to support them effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to track customer interactions accurately.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset, with a passion for helping others and providing excellent service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
