I am currently working with a Well-known professional services firm on their search for an Early Talent Development Advisor due to an internal promotion. Working as a member of the Early Talent Development team with a focus on development support, youwill strive to achieve the highest standards of learning and development provision for the company's early talent.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Working closely with the Early Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless progression from campus to the business
*Supporting early talent with developing their career
*Liaising with key stakeholders for all secondments to clients and non-UK offices
*Supporting the Early Talent Development Manager on the bi-annual qualification process.
*Planning, attending and facilitating the induction for early talent.
*Design and delivery of professional skills programme to early talent and their supervisors.
*Working with colleagues to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the ETD team.
*To carry out ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the strategic direction of the overall Talent Acquisition function.
Requirements to be considered:
*Bachelor's degree in essential
*Demonstrable work experience in end-to-end recruitment role
*Positive 'can do' attitude and able to hit the ground running
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent communication skills both written and oral
*Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
