One of the UK’s leading accountancy and business advisory firms is seeking an Early Talent Advisor to join the team.
Due to growth and expansion plans, a Senior Early Talent Advisor is required to deliver on the strategy for the development and retention of early talent within Tax primarily, and corporate finance additionally.
Your new role:
As Senior Early Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for the design and execution of the development strategy for trainees seeking careers in Tax and corporate finance. Designing the study path, training, and development required for early talent within these departments, you will work closely with the departments in question and the Early Talent Recruiter to support in promoting the offering.
You will:
- Design the study path and training support for intakes across Tax, whilst reviewing this strategy for corporate finance
- Support performance reviews for your trainees
- Prep and facilitate induction activities
- Prep and facilitate training for your early talent population, whilst broadening the professional skills offering and identifying any other training opportunities
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant training providers
- Utilise the network to identify secondment opportunities
- Work closely with the wider team to share ideas and knowledge
- Work closely with the people team on salary reviews and promotions
- Manage ad-hoc early talent projects as required, supporting the wider team where necessary
As Senior Early Talent Advisor, you will have previous experience in learning and development and/or early talent development. You will have excellent presentation and facilitation skills, as you will be required to deliver professional skills training across your relevant population. By joining a friendly and supportive People team, you will be very team orientated and open to sharing ideas and knowledge with the early talent across populations.
As Senior Early Talent Advisor you will have:
- Previous experience in early talent development
- Experience gained in a professional services environment
- Excellent relationship management skills
- A CIPD accreditation (desirable)
As the successfully Senior Early Talent Advisor, you will be in receipt of a competitive salary and benefits package including hybrid working, income protection, life cover, access to Perkbox and salary reviews twice yearly.
**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
