Our Online Fraud Investigators will be responsible for investigating and detecting fraud / fraudulent attempts in our Online business.

Key to this role will be the ability to liaise with stores and drivers to alert them to fraudulent orders and prevent collection by criminals in a timely manner. This will include proactive examination of suspicious accounts using multiple systems and experience of fraud patterns.

In order to protect our business, this role will include shaping the ‘future’ of our online fraud capacity, by finding and sharing solutions to prevent fraud, and to educate our stores and wider business on the importance of fraud prevention. This will therefore reduce any attractiveness as a target of fraud - leading to a reduction in any costs associated with Fraud.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Following predefined procedures that identify potential fraud and communicating them to appropriate people in a timely manner.
- Supporting with the development of new measures that will help us identify even more transactions that could be of risk to the business.
- Working with the data team to deliver improvements in efficiencies of preventing loss to the business
- Engaging with our customers to ensure we ease their concerns on fraudulent activity on their account, with detailed next steps for them to follow
- Engagement / training with store teams to ensure they understand and can identify poor routines and processes
- Knowledge sharing and collaborative working within the wider Loss Team team to understand emerging trends and concerns in online fraud
- Working as part of team to provide 7 day cover
- Flexible working to overcome peak demand and meet the needs

of the business
- Decisions within frameworks to protect us from wider fraud and use of methods to determine right solution (e.g. cancelling of customer orders where activity/data looks suspicious)

We operate over a four day working week*.

This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.
