**Your Role as a Community Safety Officer**:
This is a pivotal year to make a difference in our communities. As a Community Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents. Your dedication will be key in providing an excellent community safety service-managing and resolving a range of anti-social behaviour cases, working as one team, and proactively reducing issues to improve neighbourhoods, sustain tenancies, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. You will put customers at the heart of everything we do.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 36.25 hours per week.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Providing an excellent community safety service, managing and resolving a range of cases of anti-social behaviour.
- Achieving excellent levels of communication and customer satisfaction
- Pro-actively reducing anti-social behaviour to improve neighbourhoods and sustain tenancies by being a visible presence in your area.
- Managing and achieving key performance targets.
- Being resilient and an effective problem solver with a strong customer focus.
- UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
