**About the roles**

- **Principal Enforcement Officer**

**Permanent, 37 hours, £30,509 to £45,091**

We are seeking an experienced and assertive Principal Enforcement Officer to lead on planning enforcement matters within our Development Management service. You’ll manage complex enforcement investigations, provide specialist advice, and support our Planning Enforcement Officers to ensuring compliance with planning legislation. The role demands sound judgement, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to take action when required. You’ll help protect the integrity of our planning system and maintain public confidence through fair, transparent and proportionate enforcement.

Pay: £30,509.00-£45,091.00 per year
