**Job Role**: Building Assessment Co-Ordinator

**Location**: Field based role, Nationwide

**Hours**: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

As the Building Assessment Co-Ordinator (EWS1), you will contribute to our vision of being the UKs favourite property manager by:

- Coordinate supplier/contractor delivery of building assessments across a large residential property portfolio working with the Director of Surveying and Technical Service, and other internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Ensuring that information requests are dealt with in a timely manner, and ensuring non-technical requests are passed to the appropriate team for resolution where applicable. Dealing with relevant customer queries though the gateway mailbox.
- Tracking and reporting on customer information requests, supplier delivery and KPI’s to enable strategic decisions to be made around the service offering.

This role reports to the Director of Surveying and Technical Services and has 0 direct reports

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide a proactive, comprehensive and professional administrative coordination service ensuring that EWS1 and PAS9980 assessments are undertaken in a timely manner.
- Raise orders for building assessments utilising the approved supply chain ensuring delivery and advise appropriate stakeholders of upcoming site events.
- Operate an effective 'follow up’ system so assessments and queries are chased as required.
- Assist with the collation, production and dissemination of regular reporting MI and trend analysis
- Operating a 'triage’ service identify non-technical requests coming through the gateway mailbox and pass to appropriate owners within the business where the query cannot be answered directly.
- Respond to customer queries as required, including where 'triage’ analysis has identified alternative business owners to progress. Inform customers of any redirection of their requests and/ or escalation of their queries to others within the business.
- Identifying and advising on any continuous process improvements needed to ensure that we the service offered is meeting customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Able to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external specialisms and manage projects through to completion
- A genuine interest and experience in understanding and delivering technical solutions and services to both internal and external customers.
- Able to plan work with teams effectively and prioritise activity in line with risk.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for the process and its delivery.
- Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and make appropriate decisions, whilst recognising where to escalate issues that are not within field of knowledge.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage both long and short term workstreams and priorities
- IT Literate and familiarity with Microsoft Programs
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring service delivery reports are timely and accurate.
