**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our successful teams at BMW & MINI Luton and Tring for the Sytner Group, who represent the world's most prestigious car manufacturers and has retail motor dealerships located throughout the UK.

As a Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will work alongside our Health and Safety Coordinator in ensuring our facilities and both customer and colleague areas are fully maintained, ensuring our site is immaculate at all times, ready for customers and colleagues to use.

Duties will include general site housekeeping, fixing faulty appliances and working with contractors on larger scale maintenance projects when required.

**About you**

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational skills along with good attention to detail. Good DIY skills would be beneficial for this role to enable you to carry out general maintenance tasks across the sites.***
