It’s big-scale stuff and we’re still growing. **Description**: The Base Maintenance Planner ensures that the Heavy Base Maintenance (HBM) requirements of easyJet’s’ AMP are complied with by the forecasting, planning, controlling and administrating of all accomplishable Scheduled maintenance alongside co-ordinating the scheduled maintenance required to be accomplished during the Heavy Base Maintenance input as detailed in easyJet’s approved planning system (AMP), and/or notified by the contracted Suppliers (MRO) / ICC. **What you’ll be doing**: As a Base Maintenance Planner, your primary responsibility is to ensure strict adherence to legislative and company procedures, maintaining the company's compliance and the airworthiness of our aircraft. You'll actively engage in identifying, reviewing, and creating comprehensive work scopes for various maintenance tasks, including HBM base checks, paint, repair, and modifications for LBM aircraft. Ensuring the accuracy of company systems in reflecting the planning status of all scheduled and unscheduled tasks falls under your purview. You'll also oversee the aircraft management systems to accurately depict maintenance activity and the true status of our aircraft. Collaboration with fellow planners is essential to ensure timely resolution of any open items related to Line & Light Base Maintenance tasks before the aircraft undergoes base checks. Furthermore, you'll coordinate the timely identification, progress tracking, and provisioning of material and resource requirements for HBM inputs. Your role extends to coordinating all planning activities related to HBM, paint, repair, and modification inputs with various stakeholders. Complying with health and safety requirements, ensuring adherence to company and contracted customers' policies, and striving to achieve airline performance targets are integral aspects of your responsibilities. You'll also ensure the accomplishment of all HBM maintenance requirements and facilitate the feedback of pertinent data to the relevant records department.
