**Salary**: £22,000
Holiday: 23 Days + Bank Holidays
20% Discount on all products
Working Hours: Mon-Thursday 9AM to 5.30PM, Friday 8.30AM to 5PM
**Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of the sales order process, ensuring a seamless customer experience, from the moment the order is placed, to its safe and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through product recommendation
- Proactively contact sites to increase awareness of promotions, events and education opportunities.
- Provide Customer Service and Support dealing with any queries, complaints, stock enquiries or returns.
- Work closely with Business Consultants within a specific territory to assist with journey planning and time management and to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
- To become a ‘product champion’ for a specific section of our product range
- Work closely with other departments to maintain an up to date awareness of stock levels and credit status
- Promote best practice and the business in a positive way whilst providing excellent customer service
- Understand monthly sales plans and performance targets
- Ability to exchange information with the customer on up-to-date Success promotions and new product launches to encourage increased purchases
- Sound product knowledge and can competently discuss all brands with customers
- Accurate CRM maintenance
**Requirements**:
- Solid knowledge of CRM order processing systems
- Customer Focus - ability to engage salons through excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A problem-solving attitude
- Enthusiastic, dedicated and energetic in building opportunities within the business
- Ableto build collaborative working relationships on all levels
- Able to work with deadlines and targets
- Flexible and able to meet changing business priorities
