**Job Title**:Part Time HR Administrator
**Salary**:£13 - £15 per hour
**Location**:Burgess Hill
**Duration**:Permanent
**Hours**:12-15 hours per week ideally over 5 mornings (could be some flexibility)

We are delighted to be working with a successful manufacturing company based in Burgess Hill, who are seeking an organised individual to join their HR Department on a part-time basis as an Administrator.
The role is key in providing quality HR administrative support across all HR administration tasks and duties.
**The Role**:
- Recruitment administration from advert to contract and induction, including Right to Work checks
- General HR Administration
- Liaise with Employment Law Consultancy for guidance on employee management Policies & Procedures and ensure staff handbook and contracts are compliant with legislation
- Probation administration
- Maternity/Paternity administration
- Promotion of Equality and Diversity and Wellbeing
- Termination of employment
- Upkeep of electronically stored personal records
- Carry out regular HR audit checks
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters, adhering to Data Protection legislation at all times
**The Person**:
- Previous experience of working in an administrator role within an HR environment is beneficial
- Previous experience of using an HR or online recruitment system is advantageous
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and standard office equipment
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Able to provide accurate and timely guidance and advice
