We are working with a logistics company based in Burgess Hill. This is an opportunity for someone who is seeking a PART TIME ROLE - 30 HOURS MONDAY - FRIDAY 9-3 OR FULL TIME 9-5

This is working in a small but friendly team working alongside the Business Manager who is responsible for the Drivers, Warehouse and office function.

**The role duties** are covering a variety of duties which fall under the administrator criteria. The duties are listed below:
Incoming Calls - taking messages, dealing with any queries and taking bookings

Post - responsible for incoming / outgoing post

Maintain & update CRM system and company’s hard copy and electronic records for all operational activities.

Completing and sending client invoices

General daily admin - Filing, adding new client information to system, maintain amenities and general running of the office.

**What do you need to apply**

This role requires someone who is looking for a straight forward administration role. The client will consider someone who has not worked in admin before or is looking for their first role

Ideally, we are looking for individuals who have worked in a similar role or any office administration / reception environment.

You will need to be a organised individual and someone who is happy to work in a small team and using your own initiative

This is a great opportunity for someone either looking to start their career from education or someone looking for a non-stressful working environment.
