This senior HR Business partner role is working for a business that is entering an exciting and dynamic time. This is a business that grows through Acquistion and has a number ofexciting acquisitions in the pipeline.

The Role

As Senior HR Business Partner you will shape HR strategy and activity to support business objectives and issues. This position will allow you to work with senior management to achieve results, play a key role in integrating newly acquired businesses intothe existing business.

Senior HR Business Partner - Responsibilities:

- Understand the wider company business strategy, plans and vision
- Working closely the management teams to implement the corporate strategy and vision
- Support the business to develop and implement the People Plan
- You will be instrumental in developing leadership capability to implement the company strategy
- Design & implement exciting initiatives around Recruitment & retention, Performance management, Comp & bens, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, Employee Relations - this is a true generalist role.
- You will be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and results and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions.
- Build positive relationships with your managers and employee base to ensure they are pro-actively engaged with the company vision and strategy

Senior HR Business Partner - Skills and Experience Required:

- My client is looking for someone who has experience of working within acquisitions, a Senior HR Business Partner who is aware of potential challenges when a new business is acquired.
- To be considered for this position you must have the ability to build strong relationships and able to influence and engage at all levels from line managers to senior management
- This role provides a great mix of strategy and operational hands-on work.
- You will have the ability to understand and implement business strategy.
- Your CV will clearly outline your experience around acquisitions, initiatives around Culture change, Talent Management, Succession planning, Resourcing, Performance and Reward and change management where you have been instrumental in delivering.
- Project Management Experience.
- You will ideally have experience of managing HR shared Services.
